As the founder of Unstuck Labs, a startup studio that supports underprivileged entrepreneurs, Wa'il has helped the company earn recognition as DC's coolest company. He also serves as CEO and co-founder of REYETS: Social Justice Network, a recipient of the World Changing Ideas award.

 

With a diverse background that includes positions at major companies such as Disney World, Pepsi, and HSBC, Wa'il's professional experience is extensive. He has a well-rounded education, having studied at Harvard, Georgetown, and Cal State, and he is a board member at American University's KOGOD School of Business.

 

Wa'il is a highly-regarded professional fellow and speaker at the US Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
